Prices Include

Heat and electricity.
Bedding and bed linen.
Towels are not provide. Our large white bath sheets can be hired at £5 each
Hand sanitiser at entrance points, hand soaps and sanitising cleaner
Starter supplies of washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets.
Cots and highchairs. Please request when booking.
Wi-Fi.

Late Availability

If the house is not let we may also offer short breaks (min 3 nights) at other times of the year and starting on different days. To receive alerts for our late deals you can join our mailing list.

Policies

Children:	All ages welcome! Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets:	One small well behaved dog allowed in Bleaberry Cottage only. Strictly no pets in other properties.
Smoking:	Strictly no smoking.
Short Breaks:	Short breaks are available between November to March and at short notice in the summer. To receive alerts join our mailing list.
Changeover:	Fridays. Short breaks on Fridays and Mondays.
Check-In / Out:	Earliest check-in is 4pm. Latest check-in is 11:30pm. We kindly ask that you check-out by 10am.
Payment:	1/3 deposit upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
Damage Deposit:	£200 returnable Housekeeping Deposit is required for Brackenrigg House. See Booking Terms.
Payment Method:	Cheque, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Bank Transfer.
